Information we collect
Our website passively collects data from visitors such as IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring websites, pages visited on our website, and date and time of visits. This is done automatically by our WordPress software, hosting server(s), and/or by third-party plugin applications installed on our website. However, personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our website. It is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds.
How information is used
Any information we collect from visitors may be used to personalize their experience, improve our website, improve customer service, process transactions, or to communicate directly with them. Any data accessible to third-parties via embeds and plugin applications does not include any personally identifiable information about our visitors.
We will not provide data to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
How how we protect information
We take the security of our visitor data seriously. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information when it is entered or accessed. We use a variety of security measures to protect data, including secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption certificates, firewalls, security plugins, and spam prevention plugins.
How long we retain information
For visitors who leave comments or complete forms, the entries and their metadata are retained indefinitely. For users that register on our website (if applicable), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights visitors have regarding their information
Visitors or users who have an account on our website, or those who have left comments, can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about them, including any data that has been actively provided to us. Users may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about them. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Comments and Forms
Any data or responses entered into a form or comment section on this website may be stored in our WordPress database indefinitely. We do not use the information submitted through comments or forms for marketing purposes except for any correspondence that users sign up for specifically.

The collected information typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter).
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. We use a form plugin called Gravity Forms to collect data from users. Additional privacy information for this plugin can be found in the ‘Website Plugins’ section of this document.
